5 minute drill
Circle Stretch
Triangle Mark Drill (no hands, low, aggressive, normal marks) - sprint between marks
Scrimmage to 3 if you have 7's, 4v4 if you don't - extra players two disc hot hands (focus on clean stack, finding the dump early, switching the field, calling plays, endzone)
Wagonwheel drill - 2 sets once through each side
Scrimmage if time
Thursday 10-31-13:
Warmup Run, Plyos
YHB Drill - 20 completions - 2 groups
Circle Stretch
Partial Kung Fu Throwing
- 20 throws (flick, backhand, hammer) at 15 and 30 yards
- 10 throws (flick, backhand) low as you can, wide as you can, high as you can
- Compass throwing - twice around
- 10 hucks (flick, backhand)
Scrimmage same as Wed.
