Wed/Thur Practice

Wed. 10-29-14:
Warmup Run & Plyos
YHB w IO's
Kill Drill - 3 sets, 15 reps
Scrimmage to 3 - Remind everyone of the even/odd play calls
Dessert refresher - 10-15 reps rotating people through various positions
3 man mark drill - 5 minutes at full speed
Scrimmage to end focus on the play calls, including the off sideline calls

Thur. 10-30-14:
Warmup Run & Plyos
Kill Box - 3 sets of each throw, 10 reps
5 Minute Drill
Scrimmage to 3 with Double Score
Conditioning w Joe
Wagonwheel twice through each side
Scrimmage to end
