Wed/Thur Practice

Reminders: Everyone going to Southerns needs to be paying for Southerns ASAP. Anyone still owing Spring dues or Jerseys also needs to pay.

Wednesday 4-23-14:
Warmup Run, Plyos
YHB - 20 Reps, knock it down to 15 if its taking to long
Circle Stretch
Scrimmage to 3 with Double Score, focus on good endzone
Dessert - Run 10 reps with no D to work on timing
Kill Drill - 2 sets, 15 reps
Scrimmage to end, work on running dessert in game, also the vert play calls
5 - 70yd sprints

Thrusday 4-24-14:
Warmup Run, Plyos
Triangle of Death - 2 groups
Circle Stretch
Scrimmage to 3 with Double Score
4 line cut drill - the one we ran on Monday
Big Man
Short 4 Corners, stretch it to long at the end
