Wed/Thur Practice

Wednesday 9-11-13:
Warmup Run, Plyos
YHB Drill - split into 3 even (skill and numbers) groups, 15 completions
Circle Stretch
Kill Drill - 3 times through, groups of 4
Short 4 Corners - 2 even groups, flick and backhand
Scrimmage until end

Thursday 9-12-13:
Warmup Run, Plyos
Box Drill - 2 groups (same as Monday)
Circle Stretch
5-Minute Drill - Just do 3 minutes with the normal pivoting (3, 2, 1), we will get back to 5 soon
Big Man - 10 min. max, make sure everyone is running back
3 - 70yd sprints
Scrimmage until end
