Wed/Thur Practice

Wednesday 4-17-13:
Run, Plyos
YHB Drill - 2 groups - 15 completions
Circle Stretch
4 Corners - short (20 yds) for a few minutes and long (40 yds) for a few minutes
Scrimmage to 3 with Double Score
40 yd Cycle Run - 3 groups, 1 group sprints, 2 group sprints back, 3 group sprints, repeat - 8 reps
Scrimmage to end

Thursday 4-18-13:
Run, Plyos
30-30's
Circle Stretch
Kill Drill - 5 reps
Scrimmage to 3 - Loser runs 5 70yd sprints, winner runs 3, repeat until the end of practice
