Wed./Thur. Practice

Wednesday 3-20-13:
Run, Plyos
YHB Drill - 15 completions
Circle Stretch
70 yd sprint, run endzone to score or turn, repeat, 5 times
Scrimmage to 3 with Double Score
20yd accellerator sprints, 5 laying face down and sprinting through cone, 5 do 2 burpees and sprint out of the second burpee
Scrimmage to end

Thursday 3-21-13:
Run, Plyos
Circle Stretch
Breakmark Drill
Scrimmage to 3, run some zone
Triangle Mark Drill - no hands, low hands, aggressive, normal
Scrimmage with Double Score to end
