Wed & Thur Practice

Wednesday 11-9-11
Run, Plyos, Stretch
Triangle Mark Drill
Scrimmage to 3 with Double Score, focus on getting our endzone called at the right time, set, and flowing well
Triangle of Death - everyone throws, split into 2+ groups as needed
HO Scrimmage to 5 - focus on keeping the disc in the middle of the field, look for break throws
10x20's, 20yd sprint, jog back, repeat 10 times

Thursday 11-10-11
Run, Plyos, Stretch
Breakmark Drill
Scrimmage to 3 with Double Score, focus on getting our endzone called at the right time, set, and flowing well
Short 4 line drill, both throws then expand to the long 4 line drill
Zone Scrimmage if its windy if not vert scrimmage
5 - 75yd sprints with 20sec rest between each
Make sure everyone knows they should be coming out Saturday and Sunday to help with the tournament and they should be letting me know when they think they can be out there.
