Practice Wed and Thur

Wednesday 11-16-11
Run, Plyos, Stretch
Breakmark, both throws
5 minute drill
Scrimmage with Double Score (if you scrimmage with JV they dont have to Double Score)

Thursday 11-17-11
Run, Plyos, Stretch
Triangle of Death
Dish/Huck Drill
5-70yd sprints with 20 sec rest between each

During the scrimmaging lets focus on keeping the disc in the middle of the field and switching the field as often as we can, not forcing throws, looking to the dump early when needed.
