Wed/Thur Practice

Varsity/JV should be split if there are numbers.

Wed. 10-1-14:
Warmup run, plyos
YHB drill with IO throws, 15 completions
Conditioning with Joe or 10x20's
Breakmark Drill
Scrimmage to 3 if theres numbers
Short 4 corners, stretch to long 1/2 way through
Scrimmage to end

Thur. 10-2-14:
Warmup run, plyos
Kill Drill, 3 sets - 15 reps
Conditioning with Joe or Captains Choice
Box Drill
Scrimmage with Double Score to End, explain Red to new guys, focus on running it cleanly
