Endzone - With a defender like at Sectionals
10 by 20's - Sprint 20yds jog back, 10 reps
Triangle of Death - Split into 2 groups and run it until everyone has thrown, in and out cuts
Scrimmage 20-30 minutes just returners, then work in new guys until the end

Short 4 Corners
