Thursday (9-23) Practice

Thursday Practice:
2:30 - apx. 2:50 - Warmup run and stretch
2:50 - 3:20 - Breakmark Drill, 15 min to both sides, set up the extra cone at the midpoint between the lines with the goal to get the throw to the cutter before he crosses that point
3:20 - 3:50 - 30 min Scrimmage
3:50 - 4:15 - Dump/Swing
4:15 - End - Scrimmage with Double Score, after a score the player who caught the goal walks the disc out 10 yards taps it in and the O must score again or its a turn
