Joe has developed some workouts and stretching/mobility work for everyone to do for the next month or so until we start practice again. This will be a great base to start the spring with and will help work out some of the muscle problems, pain, and such that have developed over the fall. He will also be posting some related videos on youtube which I will link as soon as they are up.
